Prepare order

Use our configurator or the bike database to select your model. Print out the order form and enclose it with the parcel. This helps us to allocate your chassis immediately.

Rough cleaning (Important!)

Before you put the shock in the box, please clean it briefly from coarse mud and chain grease. This protects our cleaning systems and keeps costs stable for everyone.

If delivered in this condition, we must charge a €25 cleaning fee.

Secure packaging & shipping

Wrap the shock absorber in sufficient cushioning material (bubble wrap or thick cardboard). Make sure that the package is strong enough for the weight. Cardboard boxes from Amazon are absolutely not suitable!
